Privacy Policy

Who operates the service

Quick Advertiser is operated and administered by Matharu Consultancy Services. It initially provides goods listings from advertisers based in India and Canada, with public browsing available without an account. Listings are administrator-managed; individually authorised invited advertisers may later use self-service. The platform does not provide payments, escrow or delivery services.

Information we use and why

For invited accounts, WordPress stores account information such as username, name, email address and securely hashed credentials. The platform also uses individual permissions, assigned Showcase access and advertisement ownership records to control access. Native account tools support password, email and session management. Your account information is not automatically a public advertiser profile.

Advertisements and Showcases contain the titles, descriptions, photographs, category, condition, price, country and other listing information supplied for publication. The platform stores revisions, review decisions and approval information to administer listings and prevent unapproved changes being displayed. Information in approved listings is public and may be copied by visitors or indexed by third parties.

Buyer Enquiries

Where enabled, an eligible goods page collects your name, email address, message and submission time. It stores the advertisement and Showcase identifiers, advertisement title and link, and Showcase name so the administrator can associate the enquiry with the correct listing. It also stores enquiry status and technical revision information.

Buyer Enquiries are private administrator records and are not a public discussion or an advertiser inbox. The administrator may manually forward your enquiry and contact details to the relevant advertiser so they can respond. The module sends no automatic email. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Contact messages

Where enabled, the Contact form collects your name, email address, selected subject, message and submission time. These are stored privately for administrator handling of questions, suggestions, listing concerns and privacy requests. The available subjects are General enquiry, Suggestion and Other.

Contact is separate from Buyer Enquiries. The module does not send email notifications or automatically forward messages. If an administrator responds or shares information manually, that communication and any mailbox copies have their own handling and retention arrangements.

Cookies and anti-abuse information

WordPress uses cookies for login, authentication, account sessions and interface preferences. Buyer Enquiries and Contact forms use separate signed session cookies, normally expiring after one day, and short-lived form tickets to protect submissions. Form tickets expire after one hour. These functions help bind a submission to the intended session and record.

The messaging forms use keyed hashes, counters and expiry times for rate limiting, duplicate detection and replay prevention. They derive anti-abuse fingerprints from information including the request IP address, session and submission context; these controls store keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses. A keyed hash is not a promise of anonymity. Rate windows vary by control; duplicate and used-ticket records normally expire after one day. Expired security records are removed in bounded cleanup batches, so physical deletion may occur later.

Hosting and server logs may separately contain IP addresses and request information. This policy does not claim that every provider log is anonymous or that the service uses no third-party cookies. The current Buyer Enquiries and Contact forms do not use Google reCAPTCHA.

Photographs and public media URLs

Uploaded photographs use ordinary public WordPress media URLs, including while an advertisement is a draft or awaiting approval. Removing a photograph from an advertisement does not necessarily delete the Media Library file. Do not supply confidential images, private residential addresses, identity documents or unnecessary personal data. Remove embedded location information before uploading; do not rely on the platform to remove every item of metadata. Visitors who obtain an image may retain a copy.

How long information is kept

Buyer Enquiries are scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days from submission. Ordinary Contact messages are scheduled for deletion after 90 days from submission. Opening the respective administrator inbox can also run bounded cleanup. Automatic cleanup depends on WordPress scheduling or an approved scheduler and may run late; these periods are not guarantees of immediate erasure.

Complaints follow a separate policy: open complaints are retained as reasonably necessary for investigation, legal obligations or documented disputes, initially scheduled for review within 30 days and flagged if overdue. Closing a complaint requires a reason and a deletion interval of 1–90 days, with 30 days as the default. A documented hold blocks deletion until released and must be reviewed. Open or held complaints are not automatically deleted under the ordinary 90-day message rule. The administrator must review necessity and avoid retaining complaints longer than needed.

The messaging retention rules do not set deletion periods for accounts, advertisements, revisions, approval evidence, public media files, manually forwarded emails, hosting logs or backups. These records may persist independently. No automatic account-wide or backup erasure is promised.

Access, sharing and service providers

Private messages and administrative records are intended for authorised administrator access. Relevant enquiry details may be shared manually with the advertiser as described above. Hosting and other necessary service providers may process information to operate the service. This policy does not promise encryption at rest.

Accounts, permissions, nonces and review controls limit access and changes, but no internet service can promise absolute security. A public listing does not mean that its advertiser has been identity-verified or endorsed.

Privacy requests and contacting the operator

Use the Contact page to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. State that it is a privacy request and provide only information needed to identify the relevant record. The administrator may need to verify a request and consider any necessary investigation, legal or security retention before acting. Complaint records require individual retention review; deleting an account does not automatically remove every related record or third-party copy.
