About Quick Advertiser
Quick Advertiser is operated and administered by Matharu Consultancy Services. It provides a platform for discovering goods advertised by independent advertisers. Initially, listings are for goods offered by advertisers based in India and Canada. Visitors may browse from other countries; each advertiser must confirm availability and any geographic restrictions.
Accounts and advertisement management
Advertiser participation is by invitation. Public browsing does not require an account. Initially, the administrator manages Showcases and advertisements on advertisers’ behalf. Where the administrator later authorises an individual invited advertiser, that advertiser may use the existing self-service tools for their own advertisements in assigned Showcases. An invitation alone does not grant self-service permission or ownership of a Showcase.
Advertisers must keep their account credentials secure and provide accurate information. They must not access another person’s account, advertisements or private messages. Administrator review remains required for new advertisements and material revisions. Saving a material revision removes the advertisement from public view until it is approved again. Permission to use self-service may be withdrawn without transferring ownership of another advertiser’s content.
Advertising Rules
Advertisers must promptly inform the administrator when advertised goods are sold, withdrawn or no longer available.
Advertise goods only during the initial service. Services, bookings, investment offers and unrelated promotional material are outside this scope. Use the available goods categories and an accurate New or Pre-owned condition label. State the price or select the supported Free or Negotiable option honestly. Do not use misleading photographs, descriptions, prices or availability claims.
Advertise only goods you own or are authorised to offer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your advertisement, the safety and legality of the goods, and any necessary permissions.
Provide only content and photographs that you are entitled to submit and make public. Avoid personal documents, private addresses and sensitive information. Remove location metadata from photographs before supplying them. Photographs use ordinary public media URLs and may be accessible even while the related advertisement is a draft or awaiting approval. Do not upload confidential material.
By supplying advertisement content, you permit Matharu Consultancy Services to store, format and display it as needed to operate Quick Advertiser. You remain responsible for that content and for notifying the administrator when an offer changes or is no longer available. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Review and moderation
The administrator may request corrections, decline, withdraw or suspend advertisements and restrict access where necessary to administer the platform or address concerns. Publication means that the advertisement passed the platform’s review process; it is not identity verification, an inspection of goods, proof of ownership, certification or endorsement. You may raise a concern or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed through the Contact page.
Transactions are arranged independently
Quick Advertiser and Matharu Consultancy Services do not process platform payments, hold funds, provide escrow, arrange delivery or guarantee goods or transactions. Buyers and advertisers are responsible for their own checks, communications, agreements, payment and delivery arrangements. Confirm an item’s condition, price, availability and the identity of the person you are dealing with before proceeding. Do not send payment credentials or identity documents through platform forms.
Matharu Consultancy Services administers the advertising platform and is not a party to agreements between buyers and advertisers. Advertisers remain responsible for their advertisements and offers. Nothing in these proposed terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Buyer Enquiries, contact and complaints
Where enabled on an eligible advertisement, Buyer Enquiries sends your name, email address and message to a private administrator inbox. The administrator may manually forward relevant details to the advertiser. Submitting a message does not reserve goods or guarantee a reply. The platform does not automatically email or forward these messages.
Use the Contact page for questions, suggestions, complaints, privacy requests or concerns about an advertisement. Choose General enquiry, Suggestion or Other and identify the relevant advertisement or Showcase link where appropriate. Contact messages go to a private administrator inbox; the administrator may classify a concern as a complaint for investigation and retention review. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. The forms are not emergency services and do not promise a response time.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains the information used for accounts, advertisements, enquiries and complaints, including retention and public photograph URLs. Material changes should be reviewed and published clearly; this draft does not claim an automated acceptance or consent workflow.
